Tetyana VovnyankoTetyana Vovnyanko, Co-founder, Managing Director
Tetyana has been working in academia for the last 10 years. She holds a PhD in Psychology, has a qualification in business studies and an extensive experience in international trading and fundraising.

Olexander Hryb, Co-founder
Olexander has over 20 years experience in media and event management, including 14 years with BBC Ukrainian Service in London. He holds a PhD in Sociology of Culture and MA in Society and Politics.

Natalia RavlyukNatalia Ravlyuk, Co-founder
Natalia Ravlyuk is specialising in marketing and has had 6 years experience as a Regional Manager in London based retail. Since 2014, she has dedicated all her free time to work as a volunteer and major co-ordinator of collecting and dispatching humanitarian aid to Ukraine.

Yuliya ShyyanYuliya Shyyan, Fundraising and Project Manager
Yuliya, MBA, is currently studying for the Postgraduate Diploma in International Relations. In 2015, together with her colleagues and friends, Yuliya initiated ‘Fragile Independence’ cultural project to raise awareness about the current situation in Ukraine and to promote Ukrainian culture in the UK. Yuliya has a breadth of experience in fundraising and project management.

Nadia PylypchukNadia Pylypchuk, Content and Social Media Editor
Nadia recently completed a Law degree at SOAS, University of London. She has volunteered to help with sending humanitarian aid to Ukraine since 2014. In 2009, she worked as volunteer for Red Cross Ukraine. From September 2009 to June 2010 Nadia represented students at Youth City Council (Ternopil, Ukraine).

Katya BelaiaKatya Belaia, Cultural Events Co-ordinator
Katya received her Masters in the conservation of easel paintings at the Courtauld Institute of Art in London, where she was a NADFAS scholar, and runs her own studio. She is a visiting expert at the National Portrait Gallery in London since 2013 and a committee member of the British Association of Painting Conservator-Restorers. Katya organised a number of cultural events aimed at raising Ukraine’s profile in the UK.

Igor GavrylkoIgor Gavrylko, Logistics and Delivery
Igor has been instrumental in bringing the members of the Ukrainian Community in London together and co-ordinating a variety of projects. He has a vast experience in delivering humanitarian aid and providing logistic support.
